Pushout Rules
|
1.

Stand 5m away from your feeder with the ball in your hands.
|
2.
|
On the signal ‘go’ perform as many chest passes as you can in 30 seconds.
|
3.
|
Your leader will count how many of your chest passes went to and back from your feeder without them having to move off their line.
|
| 4. |
If either of you have to move off your spot you must come back to your spot before performing your next pass. |

Target shooting.

Preparation.

|
Draw your self a target with your chalk on a wall above head height.
|

Bend your knees |
b.
|
Stand facing the wall with your ball 1 metre away.
|
b. |
Place the ball in your dominant hand on top of your forehead. |
c.
|
From the above set position shoot the ball aiming to hit your target.

Movement. |
d.
|
When you are successful 3 times in a row take a step back and repeat.

Straighten your knees. |

Push your weight forwards.

Flick your hand forwards (say good bye to the ball!) |
