Context:
UNIT 2 : Education – Gender and subject choice
Aims:
- To examine differences in choice of subjects between the sexes.
- To look at the reasons behind the differences in choice
Learning outcomes (objectives of session) :
- Compare and contrast reasons for gender and subject choice
- Able to define key words and concepts on gender & education
- Evaluate possible ideas and trends for the future of gender and education

How ILT will be used during the session to enhance learning :
- ILT will be used in this session in the form of Power Point and interactive activities on the intranet. This will enable students to develop their ILT skills.
