Why is Cultural Diversity important?
Traditionally the media industry in the UK has been dominated by WHITE, MIDDLE CLASS, MIDDLE AGED MEN.
Thus anyone not fitting into this dominant category, had difficulty gaining employment in the industry and seeing positive role models within the products produced.
